Enter width and height in millimetres, floor, room and notes, then choose a visual type: one-, two- or three-sash windows, French doors, fixed windows, tilt windows, entrance doors and sliding or lift-and-slide systems. The selected illustration appears in the customer proposal.
Prices calculated from your supplier's list
Prices come from width-by-height grids based on window type and colour, with your markup and discount applied. You can edit the grids or import them from a file.
Safer choices with clear size limits
Configure profiles, two-tone interior and exterior colours, arches, out-of-square shapes, top and bottom lights, integrated blinds including motorised versions, entrance door panels, handles, glazing and low thresholds. YumaOS displays size limits with their reasons and supplier warnings, such as a sash that is too narrow and requires a customer waiver.
No forgotten installation costs
Choose replacement installation, installation onto a subframe or supply only, with prices per unit, by percentage or per square metre with a minimum billable area. Add disposal of old and secondary windows, flat trim pieces and lifting materials to the required floor.
Faster changes across multiple windows
Group identical units into a single line and copy an option, such as colour, to other windows while previewing the change in the total price. The maximum discount adjusts to the number of units.

Keep every change under control after signing
The technician carries out the survey in the job-site app, with a separate record for each window. If something changes, such as the model, colour or accessories, the price is recalculated and the customer signs only the differences. The material order stays blocked until those changes are signed. The job then moves through its stages: survey, ordering, material arrival, production, glazing, installation and certifications.

Yes. Each position has its own width, height, floor, room and notes. You can choose the window type and configure the profile, colours, glazing, handles and other available options.
YumaOS checks the allowed measurements for each window type and explains the restriction, with a reference to the supplier's price list. It also shows supplier warnings, including those requiring a customer waiver.
YumaOS calculates the split between the reduced 10% VAT rate and the 22% rate for significant-value goods, and includes the tax deduction in the quote. The maximum discount adjusts to the number of units.
