How YumaOS works, role by role.
Same system, different experiences. Each role has its own flow — designed for people who actually do the work, not for those who imagine it from outside.
From the first ring to the service calls, without Excel.
The seller in YumaOS manages the entire commercial cycle of the project: from the first phone call with the customer to handing over the keys. Leads, quotes, signing, project, payments — all in one place, without jumping between Excel, WhatsApp, Drive and four email accounts.

What we hear the most.
YumaOS is the SaaS operating system for companies that sell and install, in sectors such as solar, HVAC and windows and doors. It follows the customer end to end, from the first call all the way to service visits after the installation. It combines operations (leads, quotes, projects, field work, after-sales), a multi-vendor jobs marketplace, an AI voice assistant, and an Android field app into a single integrated environment. Built by people who install every day, not by a generic startup.
YumaOS is built for the four roles of any sell-and-install business: sellers (operations and signing), installers (marketplace and field app), designers (simulation and geometry editor), permit agencies (in solar: GSE, Terna, utilities). Each role has its tailored flow.
No. YumaOS was born in solar and that is where it goes deepest (2D panel simulation, GSE paperwork), but the quoting engine is generic: catalogue, price lists, rules and formulas are data you configure, not code written around solar. Companies in HVAC and in windows and doors use it today too, and the same holds for any other sector. If you sell and install in people's homes, YumaOS configures around your product.
Yes, completely. HubSpot is a generic CRM for any industry. YumaOS is verticalized for companies that sell and install: quotes built on your own price list, job-site projects, a jobs marketplace, a field app. For solar, it also has 2D simulation and GSE paperwork. HubSpot doesn't know what a site visit is, YumaOS understands it natively.
Yes. CRM in Cloud is a good generic Italian CRM. YumaOS is specialized for companies that sell and install: beyond CRM it offers quotes on your own price list, a multi-vendor marketplace and a field app. In solar, it also has 2D simulation and GSE/Terna/utility integrations. We can import data from CRM in Cloud during the migration.
Yes. YumaOS is natively multi-tenant: the same system serves different companies, each with their users, data, branding, configurations. Plus the marketplace lets different companies work on the same project (cross-tenant).
Yes. YumaOS runs on Google Cloud (Firebase) with daily backups, point-in-time recovery, GDPR compliance. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Only you and the users you authorize access your data.
Yes. The web app is responsive and usable from any smartphone or tablet. Plus, for installers, there's a dedicated native Android app for site work (visits, photos, digital signatures, offline-first).
Yes, two. The main one is the Field App for installers (site visits and installations with offline mode). The second is YumaCall, the AI voice assistant that acts as a smart receptionist for calls. Business tier.
Yes, always. Full export in CSV or JSON at any time from the account page. No lock-in: your data stays yours, even if you decide to leave the platform.
Depends on the tier. Free: 1 user. Base: up to 5 users. Pro: up to 20 users. Business: unlimited users. You can change tier any time if you grow.
Yes, Business tier. Integrated workflows for the most common GSE procedures (Scambio sul Posto, Ritiro Dedicato, RID), with automatic field filling based on system data already in the platform.
YumaCall is the YumaOS AI voice assistant (Business tier). It answers the phone for you, understands customer requests, fills out the quote, takes site visit notes, reminds you of follow-ups. Native Italian, natural voice.
Currently YumaOS is designed for the Italian market (language, regulations, marketplace of Italian companies). European expansion is on the roadmap but not active. If you're an Italian company working abroad, contact us.
All tiers include email support and online help center. The Business tier includes priority chat support and a 2-hour dedicated onboarding session with one of our engineers.
