What the YumaOS marketplace is
The YumaOS marketplace is a multi-vendor cross-tenant system that splits every installation request into N packages by category. Each package has its own winner. The assembled team works together on the same project — even if they belong to different companies.

1. The seller posts
You upload customer data, system size, and location. The system figures out which services you need.
2. The system splits
The request is broken into packages by EPC category. Engineering, supply, installation, grid connection, permits, maintenance: each gets its own package.
3. Each package wins separately
Qualified companies get notified for packages they're eligible for. Each submits a proposal, the seller picks. One package, one winner.
4. The team works together
All winners converge in the same cross-tenant project. Chat, photos, docs, deadlines: shared across companies, no lost emails.

The marketplace is free forever. There is no paid version of the marketplace: it exists to introduce YumaOS to the industry. The paid tiers (Base, Pro, Business) unlock the gestionale, but the marketplace remains free even for them.
Companies and professionals that sell and install in Italy: installers, sellers, designers, permit agencies, material suppliers, maintainers. The marketplace opens with YumaOS, from March 2027: until then you can join the waiting list.
When a seller publishes a request, the system automatically splits it into packages by EPC category based on the services needed. Each package goes to qualified companies for that category and area.
The package returns to the marketplace and is reassigned. The system tracks performance and delays: reliable companies get more matches over time.
Yes, that's the core of the marketplace. Projects are cross-tenant: you see partners on the same project even if they belong to different companies, sharing chat, photos, docs, and deadlines.

Currently, payment happens directly between the seller and each partner on the project. YumaOS will introduce an optional escrow system in the future to guarantee on-time payments.
Yes. When you receive a package proposal, you can reject it with no penalty. The package will be offered to other qualified companies.
