Built by people who install every day.
YumaOS wasn't born in a Milan meeting room. It was born on the roof of a warehouse, with a notebook in hand and three WhatsApp threads to manage. It was born when we realized the software we needed simply didn't exist.
Not a startup. A company that has been installing solar for years, and decided to build the system it was missing.
In 2024, handling 80 leads a month was a job in itself.
Vivisolar — the solar installation company where YumaOS was born — managed its leads with Excel, WhatsApp, Drive, four different email accounts. One spreadsheet for projects, another for payments. Paper for site visits. It worked. But barely. The more we grew, the more it broke.
Instead of buying a generic CRM, we built it.
We could have taken HubSpot for 600 euros a month, but it didn't know what a kWp is. We could have paid for a generic Italian CRM, but it didn't understand the difference between a site visit and a project. We decided to build the system we needed, starting from the core: an operations tool that natively understood how the work is actually done. It became YumaOS.
From internal tool to platform for other installers.
When we showed the system to Power Service, they asked to use it. Sargreen came shortly after. Each of the three companies had similar problems and different solutions — the system grew incorporating their needs. Today YumaOS is the sum of three years of field work, distilled into software.
The operating system for companies that sell and install.
Operations, a multi-vendor jobs marketplace, an AI voice assistant, an Android field app, all integrated. We use it every day on our own sites: residential systems, industrial warehouses, free-loan agreements on large surfaces. We offer it to companies that sell and install, in sectors such as solar, HVAC and windows and doors, with the same seriousness we bring to the site.
